SE-77 Alignment Jig To align the SE-77, the two thumb screws shown to the left with red caps are used. This jig should be able to be aligned using the witness marks, however I have found them to be a bit crude. Instead, this alignment jig gives a much clearer alignment process. You attach this jig to the USB with the SE-77. I find it easiest to use with with the USB on the Tormek in the horizontal position. This jig is used with the SE-77 Jig, which is not included with this jig. Usage instructions are on the Sharpening Handbook on this page.
This jig is mostly 3D-printed as this allows me to keep the cost down. Price shown does not include taxes nor shipping. To order one, please send an eMail to ColvinTools@Gmail.com. Want to 3D Print your Own?If you want to 3D print one of these, the plans are available at the Sharpening Handbook in the jigs section. My only requirement when you do this is that you only make them for your personal use and that you not offer them for sale. | ||||||
